Search widget results suggestions

Search widget has been configured with custom layer data sources Query layers, feature classes . When i typed first 3 numbers of the ID (Numeric) from query layer , It was not populating suggestion list at the bottom. Finally found that, it should be Full text indexed. When i try to run same Geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro for a query layer,  ArcGIS Pro Closes with an error dialog. Could you please suggest some alternative ways to achieve this?

I used to build Attribute indexes in ArcGIS online under the content, then hosted feature layer Settings, then build a full text index based on the fields I wanted to search for.  However, as of yesterday, this no longer works.  I put something on the ArcGIS online forum yesterday but not sure any of the issues have been resolved.  I used to add 4 or 5 fields to the full text index and then the search box worked as expected.  Hopefully somebody can figure out what is going on with the Field Indexes under Manage indexes in ArcGIS online

How can we update this? can we copy specific file from developer edition ? i am currently using 1.16
