I have a search widget Experience Builder with two search sources. One is the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. The other is a layer in the map. I have the layer search set to allow searching on two attribute fields. These same two fields are set as the display fields. This search will work for either of these fields exactly once. Subsequent searches for the same value return No results found for "[searched value]". Reloading the page will allow one search again but then the same behavior repeats. Could this be a bug? What settings should I check to try to correct this?
Can you provide the URL to this web app?
Unfortunately I can't because it accesses confidential data. The map is for internal use only.
I think I may have figured out the problem. I had entered two search terms in one search source. For example, lot owner and name are in one layer so I had lot number, and owner as search terms on one layer. I needed to have two search sources one for lot number and a separate one for owner. Both accessing the attributes of the same layer.
I think I spoke too soon. The problem persists. The search by name or lot number will still only work once. Once one valid search returns results, additional searches return No results found. Reloading the page corrects the issue but is definitely not a real solution.
Hi @StephenEJohnson ,
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your bug. Could you contact our Support team so they can help you reproduce your bug?

I figured out a bit more information. I have Only search in the current map extent turned off for the search. What appears to be happening is that for the first search it honors this setting. For the second search it does not.
What is the best way to contact the support team?
