Replicate a Query in Experience Builder that works in Web Application Builder

Hello, in ArcGIS WAB I have an app that allows the user to filter the Layer like below.

I am trying to recreate the functionality in Web Experience Builder but encountering an SQL issue.

Managed to get this to work, need to set to "Ask for values"
