A customer sent me this note:
Over the past few weeks there has been a on and off again issue with the map. For example, I’ll open up the Stream Viewer in the morning and everything seems to work just fine. Then an hour later the map goes blank, and the only way to get it to come back is by closing and reopening the program. You get the map back up and running, then a few hours later it does the same thing.
So I suspect that the network connection is flopping a little, but if the EB Application is recovering why does the Stream Layer in the Map not recover? I would open a case with support, but I am not sure how I would go about documenting it to them. Or where to start looking for the issue beyond LAN network monitoring.
