Random box opens with Layers widget

My layers widget keeps showing a random gray box behind it. I've tested it as a standalone widget and in the widget controller - both show the gray box. I've tested the same map but in a new Experience Builder and it has the same issue. AI suggested it was due to the large size of the OC Watershed and CalFire Fire Hazard Severity Zone layers and it did seem to fix the issue. Is there another workaround to this instead of getting rid of the layers? Users need to be able to toggle these layers on and off.

I am working in ArcGIS Enterprise (version 11.5 maybe?)

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey @D_R

Would you be able to use the browser console, and this tool here to click on the grey box:

This may point out the direct location of the element that's present behind the box, we'd be able to see its class, name, all the nice bits that could direct us to why it's appearing.

Once you've done that, please sent a screenshot of the HTML element itself and I may be able to give you a better idea!
