The 1.17 update has apparently introduced a bug in the Query Widget. The Current Map Extent and 0ft Buffer (or other units of measurement) options appear to be broken. Using these options will result in zero query results and the console logging a 400 error. Other Spatial Queries, Drawn Graphic with a non-zero Buffer Distance and Selected Features from Data Source, appear to work properly. I have found this issue in Developer Edition 1.17 and ArcGIS Online.
Here is a demo app.

This is a confirmed bug. BUG-000175406
This was classified as fixed in last week's Online update and the demo app above is working correctly now, it should be fixed in Developer 1.18.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. It appears to be a bug with the feature service, as the network request fails when the distance is set to 0. Would it be possible to work with the support team to report this issue to the service team? Thank you for your assistance!
@TianWen Do you believe this issue is specific to the parcel feature service? It was working in previous versions of Experience Builder and I have added another layer to the demo app that shows the same behavior.
I have opened an official support ticket.
Was this confirmed as a bug and has there been any resolution? I believe I am experiencing the same behavior in Developer Edition 1.17 so am going to put in a support ticket and would like to reference this bug if it already exists.
