Querry Widget- Filter By and select features from data source not available

I am adding a query widget to my experience builder where I want to show the points that are within 200 feet of a line that is selected. Bonus if I am able to have this create an overlay layer. But before I can get to that I am trying to set up the Spatial Filter. However, I do not see the option 'filter by' or  'select features from data source'. I have attached what I see vs what I think I would need to see from an online source' Any ideas on what I am doing wrong to not see that option?
