I built out a tool using the Suitability Modeler widget in Experience Builder with the goal of it being publicly shareable so that landowner, policymaker, and conservation practitioners could use it to identify land in my state that matches their conservation needs. The data input for this is a WRO with 6 30-meter resolution datasets uploaded to AGOL as a dynamic imagery layer.
However, I'm now discovering that the tool cannot be publicly shared because AGOL won't allow the imagery layer to be shared outside my organization. Is there any way around this to allow a Suitability Modeler tool to be shared with the public? I feel that this severely reduces the usefulness of the Suitability Modeler widget if there's no way to make a publicly accessible model.
This post from way back in 2017 suggests that it was at least possible in Web AppBuilder.
