Problem in showing chart widget

I prepared three time enabled layers with similar fields and shared it as a web map and accessed it from Experience Builder. I am able to connect the map widget with the timeline widget however I am being unable to display chart widget with timeline widget as per my need.

I have three layers from three different years having similar fields in its attribute table. I am trying to display the area in chart using chart widget. However, I will be able to create charts for all three layers initially but on adding timeline widget the display window of chart widget will give a message: No Data available to Display due to empty field and/or combination of filters.

I checked attribute table as well and everything is fine there.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the problem on my side. With timeline, the chart display as expected for me.

Could you provide more details:
1. What chart type are you using? 
2. What fields you used in chart configuration? 
3. If possible, would you be able to share you app or data to use for a further investigation?
