Print Service Issue

Good Morning,

Has something changed with the Print Widget and custom print services?  As of Enterprise 11.4 and AGOL we are no longer able to use services that worked in Enterprise 11.3,etc.

Hi! Did you find a solution to this error? I'm experiencing the same when trying to use a custom report template.
