Pop-up on search layer showing even though not turned on in map

I have got an Experience builder app that is consuming a map. In that map I have a handful of layers that are used for drawing etc. Then I have one or two layers which have are only added in to the map for search purposes.

In the map these search layers are not visible, no symbology, legend turned off etc. I have configured pop-ups to be how I want them when the users does a search.. They are used in experience builder for the search widget only.

In experience builder, the search layers are only used in the search widget. Only these special search layers are used. And I have removed the search layers from the Map Layers widget and also the legend widget.

When the user does a search they get a pop-up (based on the special search layers) and also zooms to and flashes.

My issue is that when user clicks anywhere on the map to get pop-up information they also get the search layer pop-ups (even though they are not visible in the map or legend). The search layers are not available in the layer widget either.

How can I stop seeing pop ups for layers that are not visible in the Layer explorer but still see pop-ups for the chosen search item?

Hi @SCCGIS

Turn off the visibility of your search layers in the map viewer.
