Permanently filter a record

I would like to permanently filter a list so users can only see items submitted in the last week. You can easily do this with dashboards but I haven't found a way to do it in experience builder. There is the filter widget, but that gives you the ability to turn it on and off which I don't want. I want it to always be on with no choice to turn it off.

Create a Data View based on Is In The Last 1 Week and set your List to use this Data View as the data source.

You can set a filter on the layer in the web map you're using in Experience Builder:

Or you can either filter the layer (globally) in Experience Builder, or create a data view (specifically for use in your list) in Experience Builder:
