No Longer Able to See Organization Developer Experience Builders (Dev Experience Builder 1.19)

In Developer Experience Builder 1.19, I don't seem to be able to find other organization member's developer Experience Builder apps. 

In Developer 1.18 and below, we would use this functionality to co-develop applications. Is there a way to see other organization members' developer experiences? We are both admins in our organization.

Is it to do with this new addition:

• General settings—You can use the new Page visibility restriction setting to limit who can view specific pages based on user type and group membership. Restricted pages do not appear in menus if users do not have the required roles or group membership. If a user attempts to access a restricted page, the page prompts them to switch accounts or go to a different page.

I would expect to still be able to see items as an organization admin.
