No download option in Dev Edition EXB.

Hi, 

I am using the dev edition 1.9 in ArcGIS Online, but I could not find the 'download' option.

I am also seeing 'server error read ECONNRESET' error message in my terminal where the server folder runs.

Can anyone suggest?

@JingchaoZhou - For the first issue, you will need to publish the app first before you can download it.
