A Near Me tool I’m using in Experience Builder is not allowing me to export to formats other than a JSON, CSV or Item, despite configuring the layer and all associated settings to allow to export to other formats (Shapefile, GeoJSON, etc). This issue is presenting itself across multiple different Near Me widgets, Experience Builders and hosted feature layers (all set up exactly the same - I have five different Experience Builders built for a project looking at five different states).
I’m using a Summary analysis on a hosted feature layer. Other Proximity analyses on different hosted feature layers are allowing a user to export the results to any of the expected file format options. I’ve ensured that in the Settings tab of the hosted feature layer, users are allowed to export to different formats, and in the Data tab of the Experience Builder itself, every export format is checked for the feature layer within the specific web map the Near Me is operating on. Like I said, this issue is presenting itself over multiple different Near Me tools and Experience Builders. Each Near Me tool was created individually and linked manually.
Is there a setting or configuration I'm missing that's leading to those additional export formats not being available? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
