List and edit widget data discrepancy Post-February 2024 update

Following the February 2024 update, a discrepancy has emerged between the list and edit widgets. Previously, I used the list widget to designate a record for editing, after which the edit widget, operating in attribute-only mode, would present the selected record for updating.

Prior to the February 24 update, the edit widget would comprehensively display all fields and records as defined in the form setup within Map Viewer. However, subsequent to the update, the edit widget now exclusively showcases values corresponding to records contained within the list widget with data connections, neglecting to display all values for all fields, as expected.

This bug is back. I am getting exactly same behaviour as reported recently with the list and edit widget.
