Labels problem in Swipe widget

I made an app using the swipe widget. It's simple comparing two maps. But one of the layers doesn't show labels. When I was testing, I noticed that if a label disappeared from the map has all the labels, the label shows up in the other layer.

How can I fix this issue? I want both layers have the same labels.
