Issue with windows and buttons

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build a replica of the very impressive CDC Places using Australian data.

I have used experience builder to create the framework, ie a page with with a map and the top row of buttons (SEIFA, Health etc) - see image 1. When you click on the Health button it then opens a window with a whole heap of buttons for each different health category, arthritis, asthma etc. - see image 2. Clicking on the arthritis button it then opens a window with a map displaying the % of arthritis in the council area. - see image 3. As you can see from image 3, the buttons in image 2 have disapeared, and only reappear when I click back on the Health button again. I have made sure all the windows dont overlap, by changing the display to pixels and checking sizing etc. Does anyone have any idea why the the health buttons window disapears? It's almost like the focus is off and its sent to the back? I did try and set the url to true to see if that helps, but it didn't. I would be grateful for any help or suggestions.

Your security settings prevented me from seeing your application, but here is how the CDC designed their page.

The dark green bar contains links to separate pages.

The light green bar is a Views Navigation widget. https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/view-navigation-widget/

The map is contained in a Section widget. https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/section-widget/
