Image and Text Card Alignment Issue

So, I have a very basic scrolling app with a image and text card lumped together in a column. They look aligned just fine in `Edit Mode` as shown below

But in preview mode, they get misaligned as shown below how can I fix this?

Selecting `Custom` under `Page` settings fixes the issue.
