How to use full text from multiple choice question responses in a Survey123

Hello,

I'm trying to show the full text from a Survey123 multiple choice question response using a Text widget in Experience Builder.  I'm using the dynamic content pulled from the survey's FeatureService.  
This is what I currently get in Experience Builder: 

I would like to show the full text from the multiple choice question response: 

Could someone point me to a way to get this done in Experience Builder?
