How to select or copy text within a list widget?

I have a list widget (ExB portal 10.9.1) that shows dynamic text. I have it set up so if you select the list result it zooms to the feature on the map. However, I also want the user to be able to select partial text from within the list result so they can copy a guid which they need to query in a different system that they have open. 

However, if you try to select text within the list result, it just causes the whole box to select.  

Any ideas of how I can get selectable text, or send a particular bit of text to the clipboard or something? Right now the only thing I can get to work is to zoom them to the feature, have them click on the feature on the map, get the popup and then copy from the popup. But that seems very cumbersome.

Thanks for rising this issue. This is because when you try to select the texts, it triggers the selection action of the list card. We will look into it and try to distinguish the two.
