How to change labels/configurations in edit widget?

How can I remove these two parts of my edit form?

I'm assuming you're in a fairly recent version of Experience Builder for the following:

1. You won't be able to remove the Create features heading, but you can hide the Filter types option from the Edit widget configuration.

2. For the feature template "3", you can open your web map in the Filed Maps Designer and remove that template from your map.
