Hosting Widgets on S3 buckets

Hello There

I was wondering if we can host the custom widget on s3 bucket and consume it in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. Can anybody please confirm if the same can be done. Any specific considerations or limitations we have to face. Please comment .
