I am having an issue where my table fields are being sorted alphabetically by builder and this make the published map and table difficult to navigate. Is there a way to lock column/field positions from .csv through to published map?

You can use Data Views to specify the Sort you would like to use in Experience Builder itself!

Create Data Views in ArcGIS Experience Builder

You can access the Data Views menus from the "Data Source" tabs on the lefthand-pane, or you can create new Data Views on the fly in the Chart/Table/List widgets:

Ah great! I didn't see the extra options in Sheet Config. If you select 'Customize' after creating a new sheet it will prevent the auto sort on loading. Thanks D!
