Hi all,
I’m hoping to get some advice on an issue I’m encountering in Experience Builder. I have several charts that were previously working fine, but recently a handful of them suddenly went blank (no error just the default chart image). The data itself hasn’t changed, and the charts still show they’re connected to the correct data sources, but they are no longer displaying any data.
These charts pull from hosted tables in web maps. When I check the data source's widgets, they still indicate they’re connected to the appropriate widgets and filters. Interestingly, if I create a new chart using the same data source, it displays data correctly.
What’s even more puzzling is that this issue isn’t affecting all charts—some still function normally. In one case, I have two widgets connected to the same table in the same web map, but only one is working. This makes me suspect that something within the affected widgets—perhaps a hidden setting or internal variable—has changed behind the scenes, causing the charts to fail.
Things I’ve Tried:
Duplicating the non-working chart
Changing or re-selecting the data source
Toggling various data settings in the widget configuration
Duplicating the entire Experience
Using a different browser and clearing cache
Adjusting the style settings in case of a rendering issue
If anyone has run into a similar issue or has suggestions on what else I can try, I’d greatly appreciate your input.
I might have to create a separate ticket, but it occurs for me for both old and new graph widgets. Could be user error on my part, though.
Hi @EthanLucas_mn sorry to hear about that.
As you tried several things, does any of these works ever?
Could you share your application for us to investigate?
I'm having the same issue. Is there a bug by any chance?
Sorry to hear about that. There is likely a bug. But would you able to share you app for investigation?
Or please contact Esri support to provide us a repro case. Much appreciated.
Same issue but even when I create a new chart-BLANK.
Uninstalled, restarted computer, re-installed Chrome. Same issue. Couldn't get the charts component module to load. Had to delete all browsing data (specifically cookies and and other site data I think) and it finally worked!
