ExperienceBuilder Online Error: s.getCurrentQueryParams is not a function

Greetings...

I keep getting the following error when trying to configure widgets or even moving a widget in the online version of ExperienceBuilder:

s.getCurrentQueryParams is not a function

Message appears and then display area goes black.   

I've tried 3 different browsers and same issue.  Anyone else experience this?

It started happening to me just now, out of nowhere. No idea what it is, but it shows up when I change the view from desktop to mobile.

This issue should be fixed on today's AGOL 9.3 release.
