Experience Builder Spatial Query

In experience builder, I would like to build a query that selects land parcels that are less than a certain size e.g. 30000sqm and within a certain distance from a line layer e.g. 100m from river centerline. I am close with the following query (see below) but I would also like only the layers within the map extent to be queried. This is the part that doesn't work as currently you can only select the spatial query for the rivers or the spatial query using the map extent... Am I missing something? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank-you.

Could you add multiple spatial filters? By default ExB will use the AND operator when multiple queries/filters are set, so if you have more than one spatial query filter widget you could perhaps have them using different filters and then enable them by default?
