Experience Builder Not Loading

I know there was an update last night, but this morning, my Experience Builder apps are not loading, at all. The EB starting page loads fine, but then when I click on an app to open in the editor, it loads the builder aspects, and part of a basemap, but none of the data in the map, and I can't actually interact with the page, can't edit the app, click on any of the items in the page, view it in live mode, nothing.

After multiple minutes of sitting, waiting, this is still all I have loaded of my page. The map and all it's data load fine in Map Viewer, but the app does not load at all.

EB_Issue.jpgIf I sit staring at the page long enough, I get the "Page Unresponsive, Wait or Exit" notice from Chrome. I cleared my browser cache, with no improvement. 

Is this because of last night's update? Everything worked fine yesterday.

@MT_JenAmes Just noticed this as well. We have informed our teams to wait it out this week since AGOL update bugs tend to get fixed soon. By any chance have you created a support ticket for this?

I haven't yet, wanted to see if it was a just me issue or an update related issue.

I created a support ticket via phone on 2-26 for this exact issue, but so far, crickets. No updates and no response from ESRI. emailed them again this morning and nothing back so far.

I just called tech support about it. Seems like it might just be one/a couple of my EB apps. Case #04121828.

Hi Jianxia, I also cannot create a new Experience Builder app. Have attempted several times from a map as well as the Experience Builder App - Create New. All fail to create an Experience Builder app. Have tried several templates and they all fail.

I had the same issue but was able to create a few temporary builders for our users using the layer as a source rather than the source webmap. I of course had to exclude the map widget but at least they are able to access their tables for the moment.
