Experience Builder App Printing Issues with Layers

Hi, 

I am experiencing an issue with my Experience Builder application on an enterprise portal. I have created an application with a map with multiple layers, specifically feature layers sourced from SDE (with appropriate privileges enabled) and WMS layers. I have also developed a custom printing tool integrated with the print widget.

The problem I am encountering is that printing the map works perfectly when no layers are in the map. However, when I include any layers in the map, the print job fails and I receive an "x" error.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? If so, could you please share any insights or solutions that you found?

I have experienced this within our Enterprise environment and posted about this in a thread here. The cliff note version was, in our case, our enterprise headless account had not been given privileges to some layers (manage->privileges in ArcCatalog or Pro's Catalog View). Once they were, the print service worked as it should.
