Pop-ups do not load when viewing EXB and selecting a parcel. I have rebuilt spatial indexes, field indexes, optimized layer drawing, and created a view layer for each layer. No luck. Spoke with Esri support last week and was told there's a 429 error from another dashboard that is constantly used. Anyone have any insight to this? That dashboard needs to remain constantly in motion. TIA

Since it's also happening in Map Viewer, it's likely not an issue with Experience Builder itself. This intermittent behavior often points to a service-level or environment issue.
Could you please check if it's related to the network? If the network is fine and the 429 error persists from that background dashboard, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to Esri Support.
