ExB Add Data Widget - Ability to add selected data

In ExB (11.3), I'd like to show a detailed and unique list of services via the "Add Data" widget, avoiding duplicates. The "My Groups," "My Organization," and similar options provide too general results. The "Selected Content" option allows to choose from different data types (feature layers, tile layers, etc.), but doesn't distinguish between WMS and map layers, resulting in duplicate entries. The ability to add selected content via "Item ID" has disappeared in this release. So how can I select only a specific, ristrected group of data?

I'm not 100% certain it's in Enterprise 11.3, but the Add Data Widget has an option to use curated content. You can add a tag to the data you want to be findable in the Widget in your organization's Portal and then use that as your curation filter.

• Curate a collection—Add an option to the search drop-down menu. You can use data collections to pre-enter search terms. For example, type Wildfires under Curated filter to make a drop-down option that shows wildfire-related content. The string you enter must be either an advanced search field plus a valid value (for example, id:123456789) or tags (for example, Wildfires).
