Disabling the map's popup apparently means you can't even click on map points, which makes having a separate Feature Info box worthless? Am I missing something here?
I'm just using the ExB in ArcGIS Online, looking at it through Chrome, and just tried in Edge and it's the same. (I'm not sure if there's a way to see what version of ExB it is?)
Are you using the Enterprise/Dev version?
I have these actions on my map widget, not sure if they play a role or not at this point honestly.
OH for the Feature Info scroll through the options, mine still shows, but I have found that the setting I put on the map widget for the framework to filter records when extent changes with the intent of filtering my LIST on the extent, it also filters the Feature Info Viewer widget, meaning I can't scroll through the options I have.
Maybe it's something similar for your case? Or the select record item action for Framework?
I wish we could point directly to specific widgets more easily from the map widget instead of the framework..
I'm using Dev. I can give the Enterprise version a try in a bit and see if it behaves differently.
I believe your Experience Builder options are tied to your Enterprise version. E.g., We have an 11.0 and 11.1 system. The 11.1 has a few more options than 11.0. Conversely, AGO is SAS, so is always "up to date" (and also gets previews before Enterprise).
