Edit Widget Title Bar

Anyone knows how do I control what goes into the title bar of the Edit widget tool?

Right now it shows as "undefined" and I do not see any option in the Experience Builder interface to change it.

I'm using Portal 11.3

Portal or AGOL? This is what I see in AGOL & 11.2 portal

It looks like undefined is where edit or create features should be vs a title. I create my editing forms in map viewer using smart forms and you can set up titles, group names, etc.

You can set the form title in Map Viewer.

Where in Map Viewer do you see that option?

To add a form title in Map Viewer:

select the layer,

click Configure editing > Forms,

then set the Form title in the window that opens.

I do not see that option in my form. My org is still using Enterprise 11.3.

I'm assuming that option is available in newer versions?
