I have started experimenting with Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.12. I followed the directions exactly as the instructions lay out. Upon trying to download the created site, I get an error in the Command Prompt:
I thought there are some deprecation errors with Experience Builder 1.12 and Node.js 18.17.1, so I installed version 16.20.2 (as 16 is the recommended Node version) and got the same result. Does anyone have a solution or work around to get the site? Is there a version that I can use?
We have been having the same issue as described above (with some minor differences). I am using ExB 1.12, NodeJS version is 18.12.1. I have tried deleting that package-lock.json, I deleted the node modules and reinstalled.
I took a look at the workaround in the PDF (provided in one of the links above). The problem for me is that at no point after hitting download do all of the folders (shown in the cdn\1 folder screenshot) show up.
Was there another folder in the cdn folder (like "2" or "3")? I would recommend trying to delete the "1" folder and trying again.
I still haven't found a solution beyond getting that pdf. If you can, please let me know.
There is only one folder, but sometimes it is "0" or "1" or "4" or "5"..... it seems to be different each time I attempt to download. I also delete the folders in the temp file prior to trying the download.
The most common error I get is -4082 EBUSY "unlink" and this error happens on a different file each time.
I will keep searching and let you know if I find anything 😀
Same Issue
I discovered that at least one form of a cannot download error can be fixed by running your console in Administrator mode. There are at least two causes of this problem, so it might not fix your version of it. Console error for this form of error below.
We couldn't really figure this out and just stayed on AGO and hope they make some improvements before WebApp Builder is phased completely out.
