Delete excess content on experience builder picture insert tool

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to delete some or all of the excess pictures you get as you options when you work on experience builder? When you right-click on it, it does not give you that option and I was wondering if there is another place where you might be able to do that. Thank you!
