Data Time Zone Settings in Web Map Not Carrying Over to EB

The time zone setting that were selected in the Map Properties of the web map are not holding when the web map is viewed through the Experience Builder app.  Has anyone else experienced this and/or have a work around for this? Web Map on Left; EB on Right

The timezone setting is a new feature added in Map Viewer in the past AGOL release. Currently, in ExB, only the special 'unknown' services will be honored. We will take a look at this.
