Custom Styling in Experience Builder

Is there a way to custom style the selection polygon and flash symbol in Experience Builder developer edition?

We have a workflow that involves messages that select and flash features, and I'd like the selection to be hollow and the flash symbol to be a different color.  Is there CSS styling somewhere in downloaded app that can be modified?

Have you tried the highlight fill and outline options in the Builder? It's way at the bottom of the Map options and easy to miss.
