I've created a custom Report print service that is designed to print each individual attachment image for a feature service in my ExB app using the Print widget. This works correctly when no filter is applied - I get pages of all my attachment images.
The issue: as soon as I apply a filter query to the data source (whether through filter by map extent, filter widget or connecting the output of the Near Me widget to the report data source) the rows in the report are generated in the print, but any attachment images or inset map elements are blank.
This is really frustrating, as printing reporting only on relevant attachment features in the current map view (rather than everything) is really key to a site based reporting workflow.
This behavior occurs in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, and also in ArcGIS Online when the report print service is shared to it from Enterprise. It seems like a bug?
