Custom PRINT TEMPLATE

can ANYONE help me in the custom print experience builder widget  . print preview is not showing for my custom print select , if i change it to map only or any other like a-4 portrait  it is working . 
i want to have print preview for my custom print service custom template  . please help me in this .

Hi @ShengdiZhang  , i  am directly publishing both task from pro to enterprise . is there something i have to check from server folder

The server is of client and thats why you will not get access .

Hi can you help me in custom print layout. What Format should i give in Author . currently in my print service hasAuthorText is coming false . i wants this to be true .i am working in arcgis pro .

I was unable to add the author to the layout myself. However, you can add a custom text element as a workaround.
