Chart Data Action functions on/off

The Data Action functionality is not working properly on the charts; it still displays all export options, even if they are turned off by default. The screenshots below demonstrate the behavior.

This is as expected. Chart output is not the original input. 
I think you set the export options for the chart input, however the output of chart is a statistic result that is newly generated. So your export setting for the input data won't affect chart output.

I am reviewing alternative approaches to manage the export options at the chart output level. If you have any suggestions or best practices for controlling these export options for the statistical results, I’d be grateful to hear them.
Is there a way to configure the chart itself or the statistical result layer to limit or customize the available export options?
