The Map Layer widget, when open, has a long pane that extends to the bottom of the window.
See the attached screenshot.
I have an read-only Experience Builder internal app deployed on ArcGIS Online. The map uses both user managed locally published map services and hosted feature services.
There is a lot of unused white space and it blocks other items from view.
There is no styling capability available for this widget apparently. Is there a workaround, or any plans to add styling to this widget?
It would be nice if it were dynamic, so it was only as big as needed for the given number of layers.

Are you using a specific template in EXB? Do you have it listed as floating or fixed? With fixed you can't resize by dragging you have to change the W & H.
Can you share an image? The widget attached to the map does not extend.
I attached a photo above. You can see there its even covering the map attribution labels.
Maybe it the template I am using, or the fact that the layer widget is embedded in the header bar?
Hm, my screenshot is from Portal 11.2 When I put the widget into a widget controller it does seem to be larger. You can however resize it by simply dragging the corners.
It stayed the smaller size when I view published app.
This is from AGOL.
I just ran the same workflow through EXB in AGOL and got the same outcome. You can manually changes size in edit mode.
Also, I cannot move the open pane at all or grab the corners to shrink it.
I see the same thing in Edit mode. There is now way to move or change it.

Yeah i guess Ill need to adjust that .. I did try but there isn't one way I can set that doesn't have scrollbars for at least some of the widgets, which the client doesn't like.
Thanks a lot for your help!
