Basemap Gallery widget not showing any base map

I have installed ArcGIS portal 11.2, I added  Basemap Gallery widget to my experience app, I have created 2 base maps and  I am able to import them to the widget, I am also able to view them on the map to make sure they are accessible ,  but when I open the Basemap Gallery widget at run time its empty and shows nothing
