ArcGIS Experience Builder in Enterprise 11.2 widget data source - create a view not visible when there are many views

In an ExB app in Enterprise 11.2 I have a lot of views of the same feature class used by various widgets. When I want to set the widget's data source to a new view of this feature class, using "+Create a view" option, that option does not show in the list as it is at the bottom and there is no scrollbar in the view selection box. In order to see this option, I have to zoom out the web page (using CTRL+-) in Chrome. See below:
Is this expected behaviour?
