Anyone running into similar issues with Experience Builder App?

After, I have a report from a heavy user that appears to be post the Q2 upgrade behavior.  So I thought I would post to see if anyone else has seen this, and might have a quick fix. 

"It has been very glitchy and frequently freezing lately.  If you don’t modify any of the layers it is mostly okay, however if you change any layers (like viewing bike trails) it will often only show part of the map and will then freeze in place."

Is your app configured with many message actions? Could you share an app that reproduces the issue?

Update: Pretty sure that the base issue is a Tile Layer that is missing from a base map --
