Widget-Grouping (General Functionality)
My suggestion is to make it possible to group widgets in Expereince Builder. This was possible in web app builder, and I belive it's a core functionality that should be possible in expereince builder. The ability to group widgets allows GIS creators to build more custom experiences for their users. Many of us work with multiple layers with different types of content that may require unique filters, charts, and more. The user's expereince is enahnced when the filters they are looking for are grouped within the panel containing the layers they are toggling.
My suggestion is to add this capability to the Widget Controller widget.

Example of Existing Functionality in WAB
In WAB, you simply drag and drop two widgets on top of each other to create a widget group
*I suggest adding this functionality to the Widget Controller widget in EXB
You can somewhat replicate this now by placing an Accordion widget in a Widget Controller and then adding the widgets you want to group to the Accordion widget.
