Visual representation of layer load times ExB

I would like to request the implementation of the following feature for the Layer Widget or the Map Widget. The current visual representation of service loading times (a blue, blinking dot) in the layer list is often overlooked; furthermore, when layers are densely grouped, only one dot appears next to the service, not on the actual layer. As a result, it is not always clear which layer is currently causing long loading times.

In the WAB, this was clearly visible on the map via a spinning circle at the bottom right of the screen. Therefore, such a solution would also be desirable. However, we are also open to other, better visual representations in the layer list.
