Tooltips for the Select and Clear tools are needed when the "Select" tool is enabled --
No tool tips currently show up for the Select and Clear tools. Tooltips will make the experience easier and more intuitive for users --

It was enhanced in the June 2023 ArcGIS Online release and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.
