Previously we created an app linking to a web map, however with the migration to Experience Builder there is no way to continue this feature. It would be really helpful to allow the option of creating a progressive web app (PWA)
Not sure if you are saying that EXB lacks capabilities to create what you need in EXB, or if that its hard to export an app?
I know if you publish an app, and then download it, in theory you can host that in a web server folder and it may run depending on firewall, and access to dependencies.
