May Layers widget: Auto expand/collapse group layers when eye/tick box is turned on/off

Add an option to the configuration settings to expand/collapse the layers automatically when a group layer is turned on or off using the "eye" or tick box option within layer visibility. 

When tick box or eye is turned on, group layer expands by default. When turned off, group layer collapses by default.
