Make value points on/off toggle affect legend in Experience Builder's Chart widget

In Experience Builder's chart widget, the value points toggle in the series tab and the series tab's series style tabs currently only toggles points on and off on the line in the chart. Unless no legend is shown, this behavior renders the value points toggle as an essentially useless feature, as the line symbol on the chart should always match the line symbol in the legend.

Although it is possible to make the points transparent or 0px in series style regardless of whether the value points toggle is on or off, it would be more convenient if the toggles could be used instead.
